Crosswinds is a farm and creamery in New York's Finger Lakes region. Their mission is to connect people to their food, support local communities, and practice sustainable regenerative farming. They raise 125 grass-fed Brown Swiss cows, which produce high-quality milk.

East Hill Creamery produces excellent artisan cheeses from raw grass-fed milk from their 1300 pasture-raised cows in Wyoming County, NY. Their French Alpine-style cheeses showcase the high quality of their milk.

Engelbert Farms was founded in 1848 and have been in their present location since 1911. In 1984 they became a certified organic dairy farm, the first in the country. Their cows live happily on organic grass, hay, and corn grown on their family farm.

Shtayburne Farm is a small, family-owned dairy farm in the Finger Lakes region that makes cheese by hand in small batches. Visitors can watch the cheesemaking process at the farm store, where they can also purchase cheese or ice cream, or take a farm tour.

The Stoltzfus family are dairy artisans who provide natural, high-quality milk products to families across Central New York and beyond. The Stoltzfus family has several farms, each with approximately 70 cows. All of their farms are located within just 10 miles of their creamery in Vernon Center, New York.

Sunset View Creamery is a family-run dairy farm in the Finger Lakes region of New York State that has been in business for over 110 years. They are dedicated to providing high-quality raw milk and cheese to their customers.
